FAQ’S

Where are you based?

We are based in Hatton Garden, London.

How do I work out my ring size?

There are a number of ways to work out your ring size.

  1. You can buy an adjustable ring sizer for £3.50 and this will be posted the following day.

  2. Visit a local jewellery store and they will size your finger for free.

  3. Measure the diameter of an existing ring with a ruler and send a picture of this.

If the ring does not fit, we are able to resize the ring with a cost of £60 depending on the design and metal.

Do you work with lab grown or mined Diamonds?

We are able to source both lab-grown and mined Diamonds for any piece. All Diamonds are sourced from reputable diamond dealers in London’s jewellery district who buy from conflict free zones.

The sale of Diamonds over 1ct will always come with either a GIA or IGI certification.

What is a hallmark?

A UK hallmark is an official mark stamped on precious metal items to certify their metal content and purity. The stamp consists of a sponsors mark, a metal and finesse mark and an assay mark.

What type of metal do you work in?

We work in sterling silver, 9 and 18ct gold and platinum. Each piece can be made with your chosen metal and a legal hallmark will verify this.

What is the difference between 9ct and 18ct Gold?

The carat number refers to the amount of gold in the alloy. 9ct is 37.5% pure gold mixed with an alloy of copper, zinc, silver, palladium or platinum depending on whether it's yellow, white or rose gold. 18ct gold is 75% pure gold.

What is your typical production lead time?

The pieces can take anywhere between 5-8 weeks depending on design. Please let us know if you need the piece for a certain date and we will try our best to accommodate.
