CREATNG A BESPOKE PIECE
Creating a bespoke piece is a collaboration between you & Liberty. The stones, materials and extra design details are completely tailored to yourself or who you’re creating for.
Whether you want to customise a piece off the website, or create an entirely new piece, Liberty will guide you through the process.
THE BESPOKE JOURNEY
1. To start the bespoke process, please fill out the custom enquiry form or book a virtual consultation to get the conversation started. We’ll discuss, designs, the process, budget and timelines.
CREATING THE DESIGN
2. Once a rough design is agreed upon, an £150.00 deposit is required to start sourcing diamonds and gemstones, as well as for Liberty to create a digital CAD/render of the design. This is an actual design of the piece in the correct finger size, with your chosen gemstones. This also includes a resin model of our design, for you to get an idea of the final piece.
If you’re London based, you’re welcome to come to the studio to view selected stones, and/or the resin model in person.
PRODUCTION
3. Once the CAD design has been approved, a 50% deposit is required to start production and the ring will be handcrafted in our Hatton Garden workshop.
The remaining 50% is due upon completion in 6 weeks time. As a guideline, a bespoke piece takes anywhere between 6-12 weeks, depending on intricacy of design. If you have a desired deadline that is before this, the piece can be prioritised.

We’re unable to use your own metal in a new piece, however, we can scrap your metal for you and use the money given towards the new piece.

We do not accept returns but will do everything we can to make sure you’re happy with your bespoke piece.

Although we can resize most pieces a few sizes up or down, it is not always viable. We recommend getting your finger measured by Liberty or a local jeweller to be 100% accurate.

We offer complimentary laser engravings and set birthstones in all bespoke pieces.

We use natural and lab-grown diamonds and natural coloured gemstones.
All of our gemstones are sourced from Hatton Gardens reputable dealers.The sale of our diamond pieces will always come with an IGI or GIA certificate.
